The Arc Atlantique is an ITS corridor implemented by 7 Member States : Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. They pursue the same objective of investing in ITS to achieve improvements in network efficiency, safety and environmental performance, whilst broadening harmonisation and interoperability of ITS services.
The primary objective of this Activity is to support the effective management of the Project through provision of an appropriate management structure, reporting arrangements and project controls that meet the needs of the Project partners and INEA.
The project is managed by the Steering Committee (SC) comprising representatives from each of the beneficiaries. An Executive acts as the project Board in order to ensure the four key roles within the management structure : communications, stakeholder / cross corridor coordination, implementation and evaluation.
